The process begins 3–5 months prior to the deadline for submitting tenant change plans.
What does the process include?
We begin with a personal meeting aimed at understanding you and your lifestyle (for example: keeping kosher, frequent cooking and hosting, working from home, etc.). Together, we will review your needs and focus on meaningful changes to the apartment, while taking into account the budget you have defined.
Based on the initial meeting, I will present several improved layout alternatives, including design principles, style and color definition, and functional upgrades that will transform the new apartment into a home. We will review the options together, examine the pros and cons, and refine the direction that best suits you.
According to the selected layout, I will prepare the complementary plans for the contractor and handle the required coordination regarding tenant changes. The plan set includes:
• Architectural plan
• Electrical and lighting plan
• Plumbing plan
• HVAC (air conditioning) plan
• Bathroom elevations (to be prepared after completion of Stage 5)
• Sprinkler location updates (if required)
Following an in-depth understanding of your needs and preferences, I will design the kitchen as a basis for coordination with the kitchen company. We will review and approve the plan together prior to the supplier meeting. After approval, we will meet at the kitchen showroom to adapt the design to the supplier’s system and select materials, worktops, colors, handles, and more.
Together, we will select all materials for the apartment, in accordance with the design language we have developed, including:
• General flooring for the apartment and balcony
• Wall and floor tiles for bathrooms
• Sanitary fixtures (faucets, toilets, sinks)
• Kitchen fixtures (faucet, sink, backsplash)
Contact me, and together we will create a personalized package tailored precisely to your needs.
